User, comments and data

Three short points.

User

A user account is for reading the site and writing a comment. You give a name, an email and a password. The phone number is optional and is not used to sign in. A code by email confirms the address. An authenticator app is then required. The silhouette at the top lets you sign out or change the phone number. Admin is a particular role. The admin is alerted, collects the comments, compiles the information, and updates the dossiers as soon as possible.

Comments

On a project document, each section has a small tag. Signed in as a user, with the email confirmed and the authenticator on, you can attach a comment to that section. It stays with your name and your email.

Your data

The site keeps what it needs to know who wrote: name, email, optional phone, language, and the confirmation of the email and the authenticator. The password and the authenticator secret stay on the server and are not shown. A comment also keeps its text, its section, the time, the language and the IP address. This data is not sold.
